PURPOSE: A washer and a method for informing the personal information using the washer are provided to enable a user to confirm and manage the personal information previously and easily by providing the personal information data and a corresponding melody downloaded from the Internet to the user through the washer. CONSTITUTION: The washer comprises a key input part(100) inputting a request command of the user, a storage(150) storing the information related to the washer including a washer operation algorithm and the use history, a display(140) displaying the washer function, the operation state of the washer and the personal information data, a melody output part(130) outputting the melody provided by the external communication line, a communication part(160) executing the data communication with an external communication line(180), and a system microcomputer(170). The microcomputer controls outputting the melody by deciding that the melody information is included in the personal information data from the external communication line and controls displaying the downloaded personal information data on the display. |
