The heater system has a heating boiler (13) disposed below the upper floor level (2) in a housing (7). The interior of the housing is sealed hermetically from the room (17), and has walls surrounding the heating boiler. The floor (1) of the heated room is extended between the upper floor level and lower floor level (3). The heating boiler has a burner and a heat exchanger for heating a medium transported through a network of heating pipes (18,19). The heating pipes are extended from the heat exchanger to deliver heat inside the room which is remote from the heating boiler.
