PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To damp an impact caused by an uneven portion of a floor in a forklift. SOLUTION: Springing for support wheels 5 of the low-lifting forklift arranged below forks has a common spring device arranged in a transmission mechanism for lifting motion to the support wheels 5. The spring device includes a cylinder 13, a piston 14, a spring package of a cup spring 16, and an extending pushrod 15 coupled, in the spring package, to a ringed member 17 located between the spring package and a cylinder end 19. The piston 14 is arranged in the other end of the spring package, and the cylinder 13 is coupled parallel to a load lifting hydraulic system of the forklift via a return valve.
