PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat track device capable of minimizing sliding load and making it stable in the seat track for a vehicle seat wherein a retainer plate is inserted inside of space which is long in the front and rear direction and the top and down direction between a lower rail and an upper rail, and upper balls and lower balls for reducing sliding resistance between the both rails by contacting the both lower and upper rails are supported by the upper and lower parts of this retainer plate so as to freely roll. SOLUTION: In this seat track, the upper balls and the lower balls which are supported by the retainer plate are arranged so as to be at different positions in the front and rear direction.
