PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure analysis method which can easily and effectively inspect parts made from a superalloy, even when the superalloy includes an element such as rhenium or ruthenium. SOLUTION: The method includes a chemical etching stage for developing macrostructure, and in addition, a bleaching stage with an electrochemical corrosion using a bath containing phosphoric acid and at least one weak acid. The method can easily and effectively inspect parts made from a superalloy, even when the superalloy includes an element such as rhenium or ruthenium.
