PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink ejection apparatus having a high frequency of ink liquid drop ejection and a high printing speed. SOLUTION: In the ink ejection apparatus, the volume in an ink liquid chamber 12a is expanded to receive ink at (b), the volume in the ink liquid chamber 12a is shrunk to eject ink liquid drops and to expand the volume in the ink liquid chamber 12b at (c), the volume in the ink liquid chamber 12b is shrunk to eject ink liquid drops and to expand the volume in the ink liquid chamber 12a at (d), and the volume in the ink liquid chamber 12a is shrunk to eject ink liquid drops and to expand the volume in the ink liquid chamber 12b at (e). The ink liquid drops ejected then is integrated with the drops ejected in the step (c) at the front of the ink liquid chamber 12a to become integrated ink liquid drops. The volume in the ink liquid chamber 12b is shrunk to eject ink liquid drops at (f). The ejected ink liquid drops are integrated with the drops ejected in the step (d) at the front of the ink liquid chamber 12b to become integrated ink liquid drops.
