PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which excels in workability and durability having a moisture-setting urethane resin layer as a bottom layer, excels in adhesion strength between the bottom layer and a top layer due to a primer layer, and excels in anti-swelling property due to mechanical strength of the top layer made of a fiber reinforced resin. SOLUTION: A structure is composed of a moisture-setting composition layer (1) containing a polyisocyanate compound (A) and a compound (B) for generating active hydrogen due to dissociation by moisture, a primer layer (2) and a fiber reinforced resin layer (3).
