PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet having high rigidity, heat insulating properties and a beautiful surface making flaws inconspicuous, and free from concern for making a terrestrial environment worse. SOLUTION: The composite sheet is composed of a base sheet 1, which is formed by laminating metal thin layers 1b and 1b on both top and bottom of a base material 1a made of a synthetic resin, and a decorative layer 2 of a synthetic resin laminated on at least one side of the base sheet 1. The base material 1a and the decorative layer 2 are layers consisting of an olefinic resin, and the base material 1a is a foam having closed cell.
