PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for processing a strip plate capable of producing various shaped products with no exclusive tools for every articles, and of rapidly responding to the change in the shape of products. SOLUTION: A stamping device 3, a feeding device 111, a cutting mechanism 131, and a forming device 2 are provided in sequence from right in a processing apparatus. A strip plate M is transferred between the stamping device 3 and the feeding device 111 via a free hoop. Upon bending, the strip plate M passing through a clamp 71 is fixed with a clamp-fixing member, wherein the strip plate M can be formed in various shapes with numerically controlled bending punches 101, 103.
