<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anaerobic treating vessel which improves the quality of treated water and enables efficient treatment of organic waste water under a high load condition by simplifying intricate constitution, more efficiently performing separation of formed gas and settling separation of sludge particles and preventing the outflow of the floating granule sludge into the treated water. SOLUTION: This anaerobic treating vessel is constituted by compartmentalizing the inside of the anaerobic treating vessel with an inclined partition wall to upper and lower chambers, forming the upper chamber as a three-phase separation chamber and the lower chamber as a reaction chamber, extending a downcomer from the lowermost part of the inclined partition wall down to the lower part of sludge floor, compartmentalizing the inside of the three- phase separation chamber in a horizontal direction to form a gas separation chamber and a sludge separation chamber, disposing the sludge separation chamber with a sludge separating means laminated with many inclined plates, forming a gas accumulating section in the uppermost part on the under surface side of the inclined partition wall of the reaction chamber and disposing a gas lift pipe for supplying the reaction liquid to the gas separation chamber by the air lift effect from the gas accumulating section.</p> |
