<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam working machine which can continuously conduct a variety of oscillation controls even in a general robot or a simple working machine or the like which has only a contact signal as an interface. SOLUTION: This laser beam working machine is provided with a laser beam oscillator 1, a transmission optical system which transmits a laser beam outputted from the laser beam oscillator 1 to a laser beam oscillator output port, a transmission optical system 2 which transmits the laser beam from the laser beam oscillator output port to a working machine, a working machine 4 which works a work by irradiating it with the laser beam, and an oscillator controller 5 which controls laser oscillation caused by the laser beam oscillator. The oscillator controller 5 has a function 5a for previously registering a plurality of oscillation waveforms and a binary contact input corresponding to the number of the registered oscillation waveforms. The controller receives an oscillation waveform selection signal from the working machine 4 at every oscillation, and oscillates the laser beam which has a selected oscillation waveform based on the oscillation waveform selection signal from the laser beam oscillator 1.</p> |
