<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable cutter for preventing a sector gear disposed in a movable blade part from coming off a driving gear after the completion of cutting and in the preparation of the cutting. SOLUTION: A stopper 14 is disposed in a fixed blade part 4. When the movable blade part 6 is fully opened in the preparation of the cutting, a bent part 6b of the movable blade part 6 abuts on the stopper 14, so that rotation of the movable blade part 6 is regulated. Therefore, even when the driving gear 11 is further rotated, the sector gear 12 does not come off the driving gear 11. When the movable blade part 6 is completely closed after the completion of the cutting, a projecting member 13 disposed on the movable blade part 6 abuts on the stopper 14, so that rotation of the movable blade part 6 is regulated. Therefore, even when the driving gear 11 is further rotated, the sector gear 12 does not come off the driving gear 11.</p> |
