PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary health apparatus 4 for promoting the exercise of the waist and the legs to be used in a way that a user lies on one's back to give the comfortable rocking movement at a desirable strength by two ways of the manual operation when an elder person or a handicapped person does an exercise. SOLUTION: This auxiliary health apparatus for promoting the exercise of the waist and legs is provided with two recessed parts 2 and 3 as leg rests in both the sides of the vertical center line (c) of a notched circle 1 made of wood, plastic and pipe as a raw material and vertically standing in the condition that a chord (a) is positioned at a lower part and a chord (b) is positioned at an upper part, for example, at a position of the chord (b) formed symmetry in right and left. Each part is formed with a thickness, and a pedestal for this apparatus is formed to make a set for use in a bed. |
