PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an entering/leaving managing system which prevents erroneous opening of a door caused by erroneous operation of the user, and prevents opening of a door which is not requested to be opened by the user, even when a building has a plurality of doors, to thereby open a gate requested by the user to be opened. SOLUTION: Specific information for specifying the gate is radio-transmitted from transmitting means 8a to 8c to a portable telephone 2, and a telephone number of the portable telephone 2 telephone-transmitted from the same and the specific information are recognized by recognizing means 4a and 4e. Then, it is determined whether or not the recognized telephone number coincides with a telephone number registered beforehand, and depending on a result of the determination, it is determined whether or not passage through the gate should be permitted. Thereafter, information on gate passability is telephone- transmitted to the portable telephone 2, and the transmitted information on the gate passability is radio-transmitted from the portable telephone 2 to receiving means 9a to 9c. Thus, the gate is opened/closed depending on the information on the gate passability received by the receiving means 9a to 9c. |
