PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vibration-proof silicone compound having excellent damping properties and long-term preservation stability. SOLUTION: This vibration-proof silicone compound is characterized by comprising (A) a silicone oil, (B) silicone resin powder in a solid state at a room temperature, (C) surface-hydrophobicized silica powder having pH >6 and <9 (where the pH is a pH of ethanol/water suspension obtained by dispersing 2 g of silica powder into 25 ml of ethanol and then adding 25 ml of water adjusted to pH 7.0 to the dispersion).
