PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a preparation in which a cholesteric liquid crystal is not stuck to clothing, etc., a necessary amount of the preparation can be applied to a necessary part, the preparation colors by coating from white foams, is provided with a beauty of appearance and is prepared without using a surfactant and to obtain a preparation useful for the skin. SOLUTION: This mouse is obtained by formulating a cholesteric liquid crystal with an N-lauroyl-L-glutamic acid diester.
