PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook and a runner for a curtain wherein the hook can be easily attached to the runner, and a curtain can be smoothly opened or closed without damage to a suspended curtain and a widow side curtain of a double curtain. SOLUTION: An annular runner attaching part (2) formed by turning up the central portion of a metal wire is provided, and the wire is turned back by 180 deg.C to double it. The wire in a doubled form is turned back into a hairpin- like (5) curtain attaching part (4), thereby forming a hook (1). For using the hook (1), a hook attaching part (8) of a runner is formed into a J-shape, and in the runner (7), an opening (9) and a reinforcing part (10) are provided.
