PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial marble in which scratel resistance is improved by raising the hardness, mold-lubricity from a metal mold is quite good, and appearance especially transparency and glossiness are excellent. SOLUTION: The resin composition for artificial marble is composed by compounding silica as a filler, additives such as an internal mold lubricant and a hardener to an acrylic syrup-based resin. Particle size of silica is 10-40μm.
