PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control atmospheric pressure in a cage, prevent an effect of atmospheric pressure change on a design surface and improve sound insulation performance during car travel, by preventing an outflow and inflow of air through a cage rescue opening. SOLUTION: A door 8 comprising a multiple structure having an inner door 6 and an outer door 7 is arranged in the rescue opening 5 formed in the cage, and a sound insulating and airtight member is disposed between the outer door 7 and the perimeter of a rescue opening 5c in an outer wall 4b. A vent passage 17 is formed between the inner door 6 and an inner wall 4a of the cage 1.
