PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a door panel with a face bar not floated nor coming off and strongly adhered with a core and build it in a door. SOLUTION: A decorative member 4 adhered to an aluminum plate 3 is placed on a plastic female mold 9 corresponding to a door panel 1, a foaming synthetic resin is filled in the mold and, after hardening, the mold is removed.
