PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate uneasiness in reliability of cutting off when submerging a concrete structure although joint bars made of wood or resin and having a trapezoidal section is nailed at a position to form an induced joint for a form in advance and then concrete is placed and the concrete is chipped when providing a crack inducing joint in a civil concrete structure. SOLUTION: The joint sealing material for induced cut off concrete crack is constituted of a cut off adjusting lack members 2 and a joint material body 3. The cut off adjusting lack member 2 is constituted of an adjusting lack material body 2A constituted of flexible butyl rubber as a raw material having a closely sticking property and a cutoff effect, and a core material 2B made of a steel plate arranged in the longitudinal direction of the adjusting lack material body 2A at the center of the adjusting lack material body 2A. The joint material body 3 is constituted of a joint body 3A, a corotation preventive 3B, a washer 3C, and a wing nut 3D.
