PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hygienic washing device of which extension and contraction motion can be accurately controlled to carry out comfortable cleaning, in an extension/contraction device of a cleaning nozzle of a warm water washing toilet seat pleasantly cleaning the private parts of a human body by jetting warm water from the nozzle. SOLUTION: In cylinders 14, 15, 16 formed of a plurality of steps housing extensibly a nozzle 17 ejecting washing water out of the front end, extension of the cylinder is executed by a compression spring 13 included in the cylinder. And a drawing means is provided to contract the extended cylinder. Namely, the cylinder is usually energized to the extension side by the compression spring 13. The length of the nozzle can be precisely controlled by drawing the cylinder by the drawing means by the drawn length.
