PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the excessive warming of the toilet seat part with which a user is in touch when he or she is not properly seated on the toilet seat. SOLUTION: The toilet seat warming means of this sanitary toilet equipment comprises a warmer 5 to keep warming the surface of the toilet seat 2 at a desired temperature, a sensor pair, 6a and 6b to detect the surface temperature of prescribed positions on the toilet seat 2 warmed by the warmer 5, a control means 10 which, after detecting a user's uneven sitting on the toilet seat 2 by comparing the temperature difference between the two sensors 6a and 6b with the preset value, controls the passage of electric current through the warmer 5 afterwards in order to cope with the uneven sitting.
