PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat in which workability for fitting a skin can be improved. SOLUTION: In the seat 15 comprising at least a cushion part 18 and the skin 19 covering the cushion part 18, in a channel part 21 formed on the cushion part 18, a strength member 22 with a part buried in the cushion part 18 and an exposed part 22b is arranged and, on the back surface of the skin 19, a clip part 23 which can be hooked to the exposed part 22b of the strength member 22 is supported.
