PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the loss of a seal for fixing a cover body and make it possible to externally visually discern whether consumable supplies housed in a packing box are new ones or used ones. SOLUTION: When shipment is made while making the new consumable supplies housed in the packing box 5, the upper part of the seal 10 is stuck outside the upper part of the cover body 7 of the packing box 5, and the lower part of the seal 10 is housed within a box body 6 so as to make an indication of 'used' in the lower part of the seal 10 invisible from the outside. When the used consumable supplies are housed in the packing box 5, the lower part of the seal 10 is stuck on the front side part of the box body 6. In this state, the indication of 'used' in the lower part of the seal 10 is exposed outside the packing box 5 for the purpose of making it possible to easily visually recognize that the used consumable supplies are housed in the packing box 5.
