PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a physiological signal and to provide an indication of an event on the physiological signals. SOLUTION: A device is equipped with an input terminal 172 for connecting to a patient to collect a physiological signal showing at least one physiological event, an analysis module 195 with a processor 200 and software for operating the processor 200 to determine an occurrence of the event and to generate a signal upon the occurrence of the event, and indicators 160, 165, 170 which receive the signals and provide an indication of the event to an user in response to the signal. |
