A shaped figure designed for suspending apparel accessories such as ties, belts, scarfs and the like wherein the figure comprises a flat plate of injection molded plastic having cutouts configured to form a series of downwardly inclined sets of steps, wherein a lower set is parallel to an upper set. The shaped figure is coated with fluorescent paint.A modification of the above is optionally designed with but one set of steps and the steps converge or diverge toward a centered stem or stems. A support block integral with a hook extends from a centered stem. The block as well as a base and a pair of arcuate sections can be apertured to enable the insertion of a fastener to support the rack.
