<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a parking space in an unmanned manner by using a location detection device, for instance, a GPS, etc., mounted on a vehicle. SOLUTION: A member computer 220 includes a storing means 221, a coordinate comparing means 222 and a parking deciding means 223. The means 222 is for comparing parking lot coordinates stored in the means 221 with vehicle coordinates detected by the location detection device 240. The means 223 is for transmitting a parking start signal to communication equipment 120 through radio equipment 230 when comparison results by the means 222 coincide. The means 223 is for transmitting a parking end signal to the equipment 120 through the equipment 230 when the comparison results by the means 222 do not coincide after the transmission of the start signal.</p> |
