PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly check wether standards stipulated in the Building Standards Act or the housing quality security acceleration act are cleared or not without much labor and time. SOLUTION: The system is provided with an input means 1 in which arranged wall quantity of a building forming a judgement object, a wall line condition, distances between wall lines, a magnification of existing floor, length of in the wall line direction, etc., are input on the base of the above acts, a storing means 2 storing respective input information, a processor 3 operating a necessary wall quantity, the maximum distance between wall lines, etc., a decision means 4 comparing the operated necessary wall quality with the arranged wall quantity stored in the storing means 2 and deciding whether the wall quantity is correct or not, and a output means 5 outputting the decided result in the decision means 4.
