PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collunarium, an eye drop and a drug for the pharynx having especially high effects on hyperemic symptoms of the various mucous membranes such as nasal obstruction, bloodshot eyes and flare on the pharynx accompanied with a hyperemia of the mucous membrane in inflammatory symptoms of various mucous membranes. SOLUTION: This composition applied to the mucous membrane is characterized by comprising the following ingredients (a) and (b); (a) at least one kind of tetrahydrozoline, phenylephrine, naphazoline, ephedrine, methylephedrine and epinephrine; and (b) at least one kind of amlexanox and levocabastine.
