PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular floor mat and a vehicular floor mat holder which, in addition to surely positioning a mat when placed, can comply with a change of a hole position due to a secular change and the like, can be used for long and has hardly any possibility of damaging shoes. SOLUTION: The vehicular floor mat M placed at a driver's foot in which engaging holes 2 to engage engaging pins 1 set erecting at the floor side of a car body are provided near the edge part of the mat M rear direction at a predetermined interval. The first engaging hole 2A of the two engaging holes 2 is provided near the rear extension direction part of an accelerator pedal 3 located at the right rear direction of the mat M, while the second engaging hole 2B is provided near the rear extension direction part of a brake pedal 4 located closer to a center side of the mat M than the first engaging hole 2A. A metal or a non-metal holder having a rigidity is provided at the inner edge of each hole 2, and the thickness of the holder is set thinner than the height of the engaging pin 1.
