<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing ceramics, ceramics, a raw material of ceramics, and a glaze, capable of reducing a risk of causing an unevenness in physical properties of products, and attempting an effective use and recycle of FRP waste. SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing ceramics comprises a step of preparing a plastic raw material containing a clay, a step of preparing an incinerated ash of a FRP waste, a step of producing a raw material of ceramics by mixing the plastic raw material and the incinerated ash, and a step of molding the raw material of ceramics thus produced and firing. The incinerated ash of the FRP waste contains a lot of inorganic components useful for manufacturing the ceramics, and also this incinerated ash is stable in composition compared with a natural raw material, so that the raw material of ceramics obtained by mixing the plastic raw material and the incinerated ash of the FRP waste is capable of reducing a risk of causing a variation in the composition compared with a conventional raw material of ceramics obtained by mixing a natural raw material such as feldspar, pottery stone, etc., with a plastic raw material. As a result, it is capable of reducing a risk of occurring an unevenness in physical properties of ceramics thus produced and attempting an effective use and recycle of a fiber-reinforced plastic waste.</p> |
