<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for marking crystalline resin moldings by laser, by which a laser marking process is stably performed without color variability in a laser-marked part, when the process is carried out by controlling the degree of crystallization during laser emission and the laser-marked part of high quality is obtained even when the moldings are marked by laser in such a state that the moldings are not fully cooled. SOLUTION: The laser marking method for the crystalline resin molding comprises the steps to emit laser rays to the the surface of the crystalline resin moldings and put a decoration to the moldings. In addition, the method is characterized in that the relationship between the degree of crystallization, in the laser-emitted part of the moldings during emitting the laser rays, which is obtained beforehand by measurements and quality of the laser-emitted part, is measured and a desired color is developed in the laser-emitted part by controlling the degree of crystallization of the moldings during laser emission, based on the obtained relationship.</p> |
