PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow path cleaning device for a fluid filling machine designed to efficiently draw a fluid in a tank out of the machine or discharge the fluid through each filling nozzle out of the machine and further, to execute a cleaning work for a receiving part of discharged fluid even during an usual work filling the fluid inside a bottle through each filling nozzle. SOLUTION: In a state that a CIP cup 22 is retracted to a refuge place separated from a filling nozzle 12, a CIP washing nozzle 29 of a feeding pipe line 28 for a CIP cleaning fluid is connected to the CIP cup 22, and a feeding of cleaning fluid to the CIP cup 22 is made suppliable even while manufacturing products.
