PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a diaper to a baby whose waist is steady without being unwilling, and naturally and smoothly. SOLUTION: A tool with a U-shape on which the diaper such as one made of paper provided with a work for avoiding slipping out or a shape for wrapping the hip and on which the baby can ride and sit is fixed on a stable foundation. As a result, the diaper can be smoothly fitted to the baby naturally and without applying burden to the baby by changing the style for the conventional diaper fitting work where the baby is laid down to a style where tha baby is stood up.
