PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sheet which is used as a various kinds of electrode substrate for a display application like a liquid display device with a good optical property for a long period by reducing a content of impure ions. SOLUTION: A resin sheet is composed of at least an epoxy resin layer, an inorganic gas barrier layer and a hard coated layer. A content of impure ions in the resin sheet is equal to or less than 1μg/g.
