PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lowering of a fixing strength or impairing of an appearance by mixing air or gas generated when a resin of a bulged part is molten therein, when a material to be fixed is fixed by using a hollow boss formed at a part of a plastic molding. SOLUTION: An exhaust hole 19 is formed at a protruding part 13 to be inserted into a guide hole 33 of a hollow boss 30 at a melting time. The gas generated from the resin when the boss 30 is melted by a resistor heater 10 and air or the like in the hole 33 are released out of the heater 10 by utilizing the hole 19. Thus, a gas 90 containing the gas is not mixed as bubble in the bulged part 4. As a result, a strength of the boss 4 is not lowered by the bubble. The appearance of the shape of the bulged part formed at the boss 4 is not impaired by the mixture of the bubble.
