摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brazing filler material consisting of Ag, Cu, and In, having a melting point of <=600 deg.C, and workable at an ordinary temperature. SOLUTION: The brazing filler material is an Ag-Cu-In-based brazing filler material which consists of Ag, Cu, and In, has a melting point of <=600 deg.C, and uses In as a matrix. A kind of dispersion phases consisting of Ag-Cu alloy or two kinds of dispersion phases, a dispersion phase consisting of Ag and a dispersion phase consisting of Cu, is almost uniformly dispersed in the In matrix. The mixing ratio of Ag, Cu, and In is preferably Ag of 10-70%, Cu of 10-70%, and In of 20-60% (each in weight %) respectively.
