PURPOSE:To facilitate assembling work by assembling a developing means in a 2nd frame in which the developing means is assembled in a state where a process cartridge is disassembled to a 1st frame in which an image carrier is assembled and the 2nd frame. CONSTITUTION:A developing blade 10e is attached by screwing a blade attaching member 10j on the blade attaching surface of a developing frame body 13. Thereafter, a developing sleeve 10d is set to cover up the aperture of a toner frame body 12 so that both ends may abut on a toner leakage preventing seal. A 1st supporting piece 81 is fitted in the sleeve flange of the developing sleeve 10d to be locked in the developing frame body 13 and a gear 10g is fitted in the flange. Gears 83a to 83c are fitted in shafts 84a, 84b and 83d protrusively provided on the toner frame body 12 and meshed with each other. After fitting a supporting member 77 so that the gear shaft 83d may be fitted in a fitting hole 77f, they are screwed and a toner developing frame body C is assembled. |
