PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish an improved attitude collating method for correcting drift error in an attitude control system for a spacecraft. SOLUTION: The attitude control system includes a main attitude collating system, an auxiliary system, and a hypercomplex number differential system. The hypercomplex number differential system is made connectable to the main attitude collating system and auxiliary attitude collating system. From the main attitude collating system, a four-dimensional number vector concerning the spacecraft flying attitude in the inertial coordinates system is given to the hypercomplex number differential system, an apparatus to make reservation, and a switch. From the auxiliary attitude collating system, a spacecraft flying attitude collating in the inertial coordinates system is given.
