PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a belt which is molded sufficiently and contains no bubbles. SOLUTION: An elastic bag 4 is arranged on the outside of a rubber cylinder 3 for vulcanization located on the outside of a molding 2 formed on a mold 1, and a shielding cylinder 5 is arranged forward/backward movably between the rubber cylinder 3 and the bag 4. When the molding 2 is heated and pressed, by moving the shielding cylinder 5, the bag 4 supplied with a heated, pressurized fluid is expanded to press the rubber cylinder 3, and a time lag for pressing is generated during molding. By the time lag, a time for residual air to escape is secured.
