PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail attached to a wall which can be easily mounted without creating restrictions on the arrangement. SOLUTION: This rail attached to the wall is equipped with a rail rear piece 1 fixed to the wall surface with nails and a rail front piece 2 fitted and arranged at the front side of the rail rear piece 1; the rail rear piece 1 is formed with a rear plate portion 3 and a rear piece fitting portion 4 projecting out almost at a right angle at the top of the rear plate portion 3, the rear plate portion 3 is fixed to the wall surface with the rear piece fitting portion 4 directed forward from the wall surface; the rail front piece 2 is formed with a front plate portion 5 and a front fitting portion 6 projecting out almost at a right angle at the top of the front plate portion 5, the front piece fitting portion 6 is fitted to the rear piece fitting portion 4, and the rail rear piece 1 and the rail front piece 2 are fitted and arranged as a rail attached to the wall.
