PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bleaching agent composition having high stain removing effect, germicidal and fungicidal effect and stainproof and mildewproof effect. SOLUTION: This bleaching agent composition comprises a polymer having a monomer unit having a quaternary ammonium group or tertiary amino group as a constituent unit and a bleaching agent. A polymer having monomer units represented by general formulae 1 and 2 [R1 to R3 are each H, OH or a 1-3C alkyl group; X is a 1-12C alkylene group, -COOR7-, -CONHR7-, -OCOR7- OR -R8OCOR7; R7 AND R8 are each a 1-5C alkylene group; R4 is a 1-3C alkyl group, hydroxyalkyl group or R1R2C=C(R3)-X-; R5 is a 1-3C alkyl group or hydroxyalkyl group or benzyl group; R6 is a 1-10C alkyl group or benzyl group which may be substituted by OH, carboxy group, sulfonic acid group or carbonate group with the proviso that when R6 is an anionic group, Y- does not exist.] is used.
