EYE DROP SOLUTION

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a prostaglandin derivative sparingly soluble in water and having properties of being readily adsorbed on a container made of a resin or a prostaglandin derivative having properties of easily degrading when dissolved in water. SOLUTION: This eye drop solution is obtained by formulating a nonionic surfactant such as Polysorbate 80 or Polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil 60 in the eye drop solution. Thereby, the solubility of the prostaglandin derivative in water can be improved and the adsorptivity for the container made of the resin can remarkably be suppressed. The degradation of the prostaglandin derivative can remarkably be suppressed by formulating an antioxidant such as disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate or dibutylhydroxytoluene.
