PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drill stand allowing mounting and drilling of even an electric drill having no lock on mechanism on the drill body side, although a mainly direct current power supple type electric drill having no lock on mechanism of a conventional trigger cannot be applied, in a drill stand where the electric drill is mounted downwardly, a lever is tilted vertically to move the electric drill vertically, and forming work of a hole with a relatively large diameter can be easily performed. SOLUTION: This drill stand has a lock on mechanism R in which an opening lever 20 is tilted upwardly to move the electric drill 1 downwardly, a push pin 52 relatively moves in the pressing direction of a trigger 6, and the trigger 6 is held at the ON position.
