PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter replacing device for a slitter capable of replacing automatically a cutter and a spacer. SOLUTION: The cutter replacing device comprises a first cutter holding part 310 that can be engaged with/detached from arbors 110a, 110b for holding the cutter 20 and the spacer 10 to be used next previously in an order to be assembled to the arbors, a second cutter holding part 320 that can be engaged with the arbors for receiving the used cutter 20 and the spacer 10 from the arbors, robots 331, 335, 361, 365 that remove the used cutter 20 and the spacer 10 from the second cutter holding part 32 for delivering the cutter 20 and the spacer 10 to be used next to the first cutter holding part 310, and storing parts 302, 382, 384 that receive the cutter 20 and the spacer 10 removed by the robots for delivering the cutter 20 and the spacer 10 to be used next to the robots.
