PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling efficiency evaluating method for a blast device capable of objectively and easily evaluating peeling efficiency at high accuracy and capable of easily setting a suitable blast condition. SOLUTION: This peeling efficiency evaluating method for the blast device is provided with a blast processing process for blast-processing a surface of a workpiece material under an optional blast condition for a predetermined time by the blast device, an image forming process for imaging the surface of the workpiece material containing a blast-processed region by a color image forming device, and a peeling area calculating process for calculating a peeling area by taking the image formed into an image processing device as image data. The peeling efficiency is evaluated according to the blast condition based on the calculated peeling area.
