PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preservation apparatus enabling extracted coffee to be preserved for a long time by inhibiting oxidization of the extracted coffee. SOLUTION: The objective method for preserving coffee comprises the following process: putting extracted coffee 11 into a container 12, keeping it warm by a warmer 13, providing a high potential-generative apparatus 14, and superimposing high voltage between the inside and outside of the container 12 via the warmer 13.
