PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivating apparatus capable of being simply installed at a low cost and the cultivating apparatus and a planter capable of avoiding infection of pathogenic bacteria. SOLUTION: This plant cultivating apparatus comprises the planter 1 for holding a culture soil, a warm water pipe 2 for providing heat to the culture soil in the planter 1 and a supporting device 3 for supporting the warm water pipe 2 in the plant cultivating apparatus. The planter 1 has an opening 13 capable of exposing the warm water pipe 2 and notched parts 14 connected to the opening 13. The supporting device 3 is characterized by having a base part 31 where the planter 1 is placed and pipe supporting parts 32 for supporting the warm water pipe 2. On the other hand, the planter 1 is characterized as comprising a body 11, the opening 13 and the notched parts 14.
