STORAGE MEDIUM OF NON-POLAR GAS MOLECULE AND STORAGE METHOD FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage medium of gas molecules in which the amount of gas storage per unit volume is very large and which can efficiently store a large amount of hydrophilic non-polar gases. SOLUTION: The storage medium of hydrophobic non-polar gas molecules has micropores of such inside diameter that hydrophobic interaction is generated at the strength which makes the hydrophilic non-polar gas molecules associate, and also the storage medium has the micropores of which at least hydroxide groups are oriented on the inner surface. The compressed hydrophobic non-polar gas molecules are stored in the inner parts of the micropores.
